Our planning process began fall 2015 and ended early summer 2016 and occurred in three distinct phases.

Phase 1

We reviewed existing initiatives in the City and region to identify unique opportunities for Compact involvement. In a member survey, we asked our members what they feel the Compact should focus over the next three years and what benefits they believe the Compact can provide to its members.

Phase 2

In February 2016 we conducted a workshop open to all Compact members to discuss what types of initiatives we should take in the areas that are of large interest to members based on the results of the context scan and survey.

Phase 3

During the spring we used the information from the first two phases to draft up our work plan.In June 2016 we presented it to our members for feedback and affirmation.
